Pre-order products are made to order and typically take around 6–8 weeks to produce before shipping from the UK & US depending where you are located. Pre-order items will always be clearly labelled on the product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Ready-to-ship items are already in stock and will be dispatched sooner. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. These products will also be clearly marked in the description.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. -
Our items and collections are released in limited drops and will not restock often, as new designs are introduced regularly. Each drop will be available for a limited time—typically 1-2 weeks—after which the products will no longer be available.

Most pieces fit true to size with a slightly oversized silhouette. We recommend checking our sizing guide and the detailed measurements listed on each product page before ordering.

Because most of our drops are made to order, all orders are produced once placed, even if a cancellation is requested. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
If you receive an item in the wrong size or colour, we’ll provide a return label and send the correct item at no extra cost. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as damage or a misprint), you are eligible for a refund.
